can anyone help me about generals zero hour lan game mismatch error ? we are on same wireless modem , and we take this error

Are you connected to the router by wire? both machines? you have already set up a LAN network over the router and both machines have joined it?

that usually happens when one of the computers got an update from the command and conquer generals server and other machine did not. launch c & c generals on the other computer then click the online game button. that enables it to get the latest update from the online server. everything should be automatic from there.
