command prompt opens and in fraction of second it closes

my command prompt open and directly closes !!!
i even tried rkill software please solve this problem

you may needs to explain when this happen, on boot, or when your type cmd in "run" ?

if this was after doing an update ir installing a program for the first time that needed to restart the computer then it is normal. but if this happens everytime you restart your computer then check what is starting up with your pc. if you are using windows 9 and 10 look under the startup tab in task manger. for every other version of windows look under msconfig
