Command Prompt opens then closes causing games to minimize

This is fairly recent and I can't for the life of me seem to fix this. I have no idea what I am looking for in Event Viewer.

every hour or so Command Prompt will open itself up execute a command and then close. This sometimes causes whatever i am doing to minimise and is quite irritating. Can someone please tell me what I should be looking for in terms of possible commands? I have an updated Anti-Virus.

Just checked it and all Microsoft background tasks are disabled. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Think this has fixed my problem:
Delete DriveUtility
