look like is you driver setup utility. whatever it is disable or uninstall it if you don't use it

That's installed onto my ssd but this pop up comes up at any time of the day

so this is still happening could someone pleaseeeeeeeee help me as its really starting to annoy me, could it b that when i downloaded my mb drivers they wouldnt download from europe so i just downloaded the usa one instead could that be the problem and if so how do i download the europe drivers if they wont download ????
