Command Prompt problem

Hello, today I found out that I can't use cmd.exe When I start it, it opens for a split of second, then instantly closes and instead opens File Explorer. Same happens even in Safe Mode. I ran few malware tests, but it was all fine. Please help

Is Win 10 fully up to date? Also, have you run SFC /scannow to verify the health of your system files? Are you using an admin account?

Not up to date, using admin account. Gonna perform scan now, but how can I do it if i cant access cmd?

Just type it in to your Cortana search bar. Also, you should update Windows first to see if that helps.

When I typed command in search bar, it did same thing as when I try to open cmd

Try creating a new admin account. Then use that account to log in to Windows and try again.

Its updated to latest creator update. Made 2nd admin account, cmd worked fine, ran sfc scan but result was: Widnows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations. I guess my main account is corrupted?

You have a mis-config/mis-setting issue of some sort in that account. What, if anything you can recall, did you change/install/remove before the problem started happening?

Well, I haven't used it for a while, but I have Test Mode activated, because I had to install monitor's driver, which didn't have signature.

Try undoing that to see if it makes a difference.
