command prompt randomly pops up and disappears

at random times a command prompt will pop up and disappear. i did a full system malbytes scan and it didn't find a threats. its really annoying since when im playing games the game gets minimized whenever it happens

Can you see any information in the command prompt before it disappears? Have you tried disabling apps that start at startup one at a time?

I can't see any information it disappears so fast if you blink you'll miss it also I tried disabling startup programs but I still have the issue

Not sure what you mean by malbytes. Definitely run MalwareBytes to check for malware, and do a full virus scan with your antivirus software.

also check what services you have running and try shutting them down and turning them back on one at a time seeing if it happens while the service isn't running. Do it in safe mode. It could be a service or a scheduled task that is not completing right. For example if you have removed a backup drive and it is scheduled to backup and can't complete.

This has been happening to me too, recently. Right in-game the game minising to show command prompt open and close. The last game this occured in was Team Fortress 2.

Oh yeah I meant Malware Bytes and I'll do a full virus scan I'll tell you if it finds any threats also I'm using norton

I don't know if this helps but I recently got a new graphics card and it just started happening after I got the graphics card I think

Its not malware, its not a windows update, its not a store update, its not a scheduled task or show up in event viewer... i know as I had it 3 days ago
