Command Prompt Won't Open/Stay Open

I cannot open my Command Prompt. I have tried multiple ways to open it both with and without as administrator.

Run > cmd
Right Click Windows Symbol> Command Prompt
Right Click Windows Symbol> Command Prompt (Admin)
Local Disk 🙂C) > Windows > system32 > cmd

All of these open the command prompt long enough to flash on the screen then close.

Does anyone have any solutions for this?

try Windows Powershell ( http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/25721-windows-powershell-elevated-open-windows-10-a.html ) and execute 'sfc /scannow'
