pls explain

There is no GTX 1050 Ti 2GB, only one GTX 1050 Ti 4GB model.

With 220 watts I'd stick with a GTX 1050 2GB, but there are also GTX 1050 Ti 4GB's that don't require PCIE connectors. Those can also work.

Example of a GTX 1050 Ti without PCIE connector, uses only 75w from the motherboard:

Video Card: EVGA - GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB ACX 2.0 Video Card ($151.89 @ B&H)
Total: $151.89

What make and model is the power supply? As a general rule, a 220w PSU isn't enough even for a GTX 1050ti, however with an i3, not much RAM and I assume not many case fans, it's possible that a quality 220w unit would actually be fine......until I know what PSU you're using, I'm not saying that you will get away with it.

As for 2GB vs 4GB, the 1050ti is a 4GB card, it doesn't come in 2GB, only the non ti version is 2GB.
