Compact flash card

Hi, I am not a techie, just a question you guys may be able to answer with a VSS8394/0IT Bosch security system, recording on flashcard, do we require a separate reader/software to view recordings or can this be played back on any pc with the right port? thanks for your help

If you are referring to CF (Compact Flash card with double row of small pins as used in older cameras) you will need a card reader with USB connector that includes CF support -- these can be bought at camera shops for less than £10.

No software is needed, the card will appear as an external drive.
