They aren't any coolers I know that have better temps than the H60 and are similar in size. But I do know some bigger heatsinks that cools better than some AIO coolers and are far more quieter.

while yes (both products you mentioned) literally blows the H60 out of the water I have the old RAM height clearance and hence can mount those and even the dark rock pro 2 is also a no go because of my RAM sticks (corsair vengeance 2x8) that's why I had to resort to a "subclass" solution.
If you have high RAM, then the only cooler I know that will fit is something like the Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO. Add a second fan and you will have great temps.
For the fans, I recommend getting a pair of Corsair SP120 or Noctua NF-P12.

Also already considered that but was looking at an CLC solution because of this
and might interfere with the exhaust the I plan to follow up top that (my case is exactly that one but that pic is not mine)
also I'm not too sure if the hyper 212 evo can handle the height of this thing...
