compare Intel Pentium B960 processor & amd e-300 accelerated processor

looking at some low budget lap tops for a child with basic useage. Which might be better & why

The B960 is much more powerful than the E-300 in terms of CPU power so it would be a much better choice for everyday use

The E-300 APU has a better better integrated graphics chip but the general slow performance of the CPU makes it a hard recommendation
