Hi, so uhm a co-worker/close friend wanted me help him test a used computer he is going to buy from a stranger, so right now, what I'm looking for is a program that can benchmark a pc's parts and compare them with simmilar parts to see if they are preforming as expected. I know user benchmark does this, but i see alot of people hating it, and it also requires Internet, which may not be available at the testing place. So is there anything simmilar? (The purpose is that I want to ensure that all the parts are real, and also preforming well)
sorry if my question is long, thanks in advance

Hey there,

Userbench is not really a bench per se. In fact the tests it runs are very basic, and are not indicative of a PC's performance. Just a comparison to other systems.

For the CPU you could use something like Aida64, PC Mark, Cinebench R23, Geekbench, CPU-z. For GPU, something like 3d Mark, Superposition, Furmark, Heaven Unigine

Sadly there is no current app that really combines all of there together. However, they would all fit on a small Thumb drive which would be easy to install and test.
