Comparing between systems

Hello, I have two systems within my budget. One is from ascendtech, the other one from newegg. I look to be able to play games fluently in low graphics. The Newegg system is;

Pentium G3240 (3.1GHz)
4GB DDR3 120GB SSD
Windows 8.1 Pro 64-Bit
AMD Radeon R7 240 2GB

vs

the Ascendtech;

AMD A8-6600k 3.9ghz with Radeon 8570D
8GB DDR3
750 GB HDD
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

which one is better for the price (around 400 dollars)

I would go with the ascendtech build. The amd chip performs slightly better then the pentium does. I also believe the integrated graphics of the amd will be alright for what you want to do. With the more ram and storage it'd be the one I go with. Just remember the amd will require more power and will run hotter.

I'm pretty sure this is better, but just to confirm, would that be better?
