Has anyone had any success installing Windows 11 on a Dell T7610. Dell say no support from them and the processors are not listed on MS$ compatability despite dual processors and 256G of ram!

The reason there is no official support for that system is because it is 10 years old. TPM 2.0 is required by MS for Win 11 and your system came out before TPM 2.0 was released. You can try installing on unsupported hardware if you want. https://pureinfotech.com/install-windows-11-unsupported-pc/
