Yes, those components will all work together fine.

You don't need 700W to run that system, so 600W would be fine unless you plan to SLI in the future, in which case I'd get the 700W or 750W.

The CX series is not as good as TX. For your PSU I'd recommend the TX-650W if you do not want to SLI and the TX 750W if you do.

The CPU is supported. What's the RAMs model?
For one card the 600W PSU is good.
