Guys please help !

I want to buy mentioned MBO ASUS TUF GAMING B450-PLUS II, because my AsRock AB350M pro4 doesnt work well with AS1000, when i connect SSD to type C port i get only 45 mb transfer max, usb 2.0, instead of around 450mb/s for AsRock mbo. My port is 3.1 but it works like 2.0, i tested usb 3.0 flash device, it works well. I tested AS1000 on 3 more PCs, works normally. Only on AsRock AB350M pro4 and one similar plus , same B350 chipset it works at 2.0 usb, i think its AsRock mbo fault, their some compatibility with B350, drivers or controllers or smthng, idk. I updated BIOS to last, not beta, P7.40, new win10 OS, drivers installed from mulitple sources including MBO site and AMD one.

Before buying new one, in this case i want ASUS TUF GAMING B450-PLUS II, id like someone to confirm to me that it will work with transfer that is normall, around 950/1000 MB/S.

So the question is: can someone confirm me that it will work like it will on this new mbo, 3.1 fast transfer, can someone test ?

Or can the problem be that i have 1 m.2, 1 HDD and 1 SSD using so they limit transfer for SSD on my current AsRock ?

Note;
Mbps = Megabit per second
MB/s = MegaByte per second
Gbps = Gigabit per second
GB/s = GigaByte per second

USB 3.1 port you have on AsRock is Gen1 (aka USB 3.0) which = up to 5 Gbps speeds or 5000 Mbps or 625 MB/s.
AsRock specs: https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/AB350m Pro4/#Specification

Asus MoBo you linked, has USB 3.2 Gen2 which = up to 10 Gbps speeds or 10000 Mbps or 1250 MB/s (1.2 GB/s).
Asus specs: https://www.asus.com/motherboards-c.../tuf-gaming/tuf-gaming-b450-plus-ii/techspec/

AsRock MoBo works fine, it's just that you think USB 3.1 Gen1 has to be fast, while in fact it is equal to USB 3.0. You can blame the confusing naming scheme of USB for this.
But with Asus MoBo, you can get faster speeds, since it has faster USB ports on it.

Dear friend , thank you for you answer. i know that, but i do not have 625 MB/s. on my AsRock USB C port works like 2.0, do you understand friend :D , when i transfer data it goes max to 50 MB/S.

All my USB ports on rear are used, i tried connecting only SSD to type C and disconecting rest, still same problem. I tried everything. Its probably chipset or AsRock limit/fault/didnt update something/BIOS, i suspect here. I ordered this : https://www.nix.ru/autocatalog/cont...-PCI-Ex4-USB-C-1port-ext_212354.html#pid=2248

PCIE adapter, i receive it tommorow, i hope this solve problem or i need new MBO, and i hope that

ASUS TUF GAMING B450-PLUS II , will solve my problem finnaly, if not then SSD AS1000 tuf isnt compatibile with some chipsets/MBO.
