[SOLVED] Compatibility between RAMs and GPU DDR?

Hi guys,

Since i started to look and ask for advices to build my new PC, i often saw that strong GPU's are using DDR6 RAM type, and most of the RAM types if not all of them, if we talk about Corsair, Vulcan...etc., good ones i mean, are DDR4.
So my question is, this DDR6 and DDR4 difference produce an incompatibility between the 2 of them, or the DDR6 from the GPU can accept DDR4 and its also compatible with DDR6 RAMs?

It doesn't produce any incompatibility.

If it did, nobody could use most modern GPUs on any PC.

There's no such thing as DDR6.
It is GDDR6 - memory type specifically used on graphics cards.

Memory type on graphics card has no relation to system memory type on a computer.

Youre right...i checked again and its GDDR6, my bad on this one, thank you.

Yes, and its also GDDR6, not DDR6, i read wrong.
