My System:
Processor: Ryzen 5 2600
Motherboard: ASUS Strix B350-F Gaming, BIOS 4011
RAM: G.Skill Trident Z RGB DDR4 3200Mhz (F4-3200C16D-16GTZR) 8GB Single DIMM
Windows: 10 Pro, 64bit (Updated to 1803)
GPU: HD7870 2GB DDR5
SSD: ADATA SU800 256GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB
PSU: Corsair VS450
Chasis: Phanteks P400

Problem:
My board doesn't support XMP, using "Ai Tweaker" I have changed the RAM speed to 3200Mhz keeping other option "Auto", system is very unstable even after updating the bios and updating the windows.

At 2933Mhz is works quite well, no blue screen but sometime it freezes and work again. It is very frustrating. Need some guidance from the community.

*All of the parts are brand new and bought from amazon except the GPU.

Solution
I had problems with blue screen with my ram and was only able to use 1 stick of ram until i reinstall amd chipset. After that i was able to run with my second stick and no more blue screen. I have an gigabyte aorus x470 gaming 5 , amd ryzen 5 2600x , CORSAIR Dominator Platinum 16GB (2 x 8GB) 3000mhz , samsung evo 500g ssd
from amd: If you only need to use two sticks of RAM, the supported speed varies between DDR4-2400 and DDR4-2933 depending on a wide range of factors including the memory rank, the total number of RAM slots on the motherboard, and the number of PCB layers your motherboard has

2933 is supported on 6 layer PCB (x370/x470)
2666 would be on yours 4 layer PCB

😀

How to check whether it is stable or not? Using it overclocked for last 6 hours, no blue screen or noticeable performance found!
