Question Compatibility check?

A friend of mine is looking for a bare bones, low end rig that can run stuff he needs better than his current OFFICE PC, he found these parts second hand, and we're just curious, is there any glaring issues that would cause complete incompatibility ?
We're both aware of the over issues with some parts, just curious will it boot, especially with the RAM because i cannot find any proper compatibility info on that.

The P5G41T-M SI requires modding to accommodate an X5460, and that can be a crapshoot. Many P5G41T-M variants can run an X5460, but I'm not 100% sure on that one specifically.

The PSU is, in all likelihood, complete junk. Not an 'incompatibility' per se, but complete junk.
