[SOLVED] Compatibility for APC Back-UPS BX1100LI-MS 1100VA

Hi PC Spirit Guides,

I'd like to know if the UPS APC Back-UPS BX1100LI-MS 1100VA will be able to protect the rig below + 1080p Monitor. I'd also like to know if this model already works as an AVR or do I need to buy one along with this.

I read somewhere that VA requirement is not really an exact science and the rule of thumb is 1.6 x Wattage of PSU is the VA requirement for the UPS/AVR. With the current PSU that I have which is at 750 W, I should be getting a 1200 VA UPS. Must I follow that rule of thumb?
