Compatibility issue with motherboard

OEM Dell Vostro 220 220s Motherboard G45M03 INTEL LGA 775 0JJW8N 0CKCXH 0P301D. Will this motherboard work in side of a standard case. such as the bitfenix neos

Usually it will not have one of the mounting holes, may not have a rear cover plate that fits a normal pc case, nor easily identifiable front panel headers but if you are good with wiring you can figure out what the Front panel pins are and attach the wires easy enough and who needs that rear i/o shield anyways. LoL

Thats as hard as it gets.
