Compatibility issues with build?

Being new to the whole computer building process i dont know everything. With the build i am working on that a friend helped me with im having compatibility issues with the motherboard and processor. Ive ordered both already and am almost done with the computer. The two parts are \

ASRock H81M-DGS R2.0 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
and
Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor.
Im using PCpartpicker and they say something about needing a bios update?

P1.20 is the BIOS that is needed for the CPU and the board to be compatible.
