Compatibility issues with my case and cpu cooler. Is it really a problem?

I have been searching up parts for a new build and it seems that only on pcpartpicker that I get compatibility errors for my case and cpu cooler. I've been looking around the web at other forums and posts and I don't see others having this issue. Is there really an issue?

Maybe because that case doesn't have anywhere you can mount the radiator for the cooler. You need a case that either has a special mounting location for water cooling radiators, OR has some fan mounting locations at the top of the case in which you can mount the radiator, your case has neither.
