So my laptop is MSI GF63 Thin 11UC-867IN with i5 11400H, MS-16R6 Motherboard, RTX 3050 and the RAM is SAMSUNG 8GB DDR4-3200 (M471A1K43EB1-CWE).

And i'm planing on adding a new 8GB RAM Crucial 8GB 3200MHz CL22 (CT8G4SFRA32A), so will there be any issues with dual channel or something else?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Think of ram upgrades like you would with car tires, you don't mix and match them unless you want an instability in your wheel alignment. If you want to upgrade your ram, you should look at an identical stick of ram in every manner, shape and form at the very least or swap out the ram with a matched dual channel ram kit

There is no way to know without trying. In one case, two mixed sticks will work fine together and the next case, or even the same two sticks in a DIFFERENT machine, may not. The only way there is ever any guarantee of compatibility is when it all comes together in a matched set.

Please read the section titled Mixed Memory here:
