Question Compatibility question for rtx 4070 ti with AMD Ryzen 9 5900X

This is my first time posting, and first time building a computer, so I apologize if this is a simple question. I recently acquired an AMD Ryzen 9 5900X and only need to acquire a new graphics card in order to have all the parts for my build. Because the gpu I had ordered was damaged in shipping I looked around for new deals and found the GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 4070 ti AERO OC 12G which would fit into my budget. I was curious if this would be compatible with my current cpu, and if anyone has any links to forums that explain how compatibility is decided between gpu's and cpu's I'd appreciate it.

Absolutely it is compatible. The brand of CPU and GPU are irrelevant because Radeon works with AMD or Intel and GeForce also works with AMD or Intel.

If it fits in the motherboard, it works. Hope that this helps!
