I already have:

2800mhz 17cl dual 8gb ram
Intenso 480gb m.2 sata 3 sdd

Im going to order
Ryzen 5 2600 cpu
Palit gtx1660 gpu
Cx450m psu
Silentiumpc Signum sg1x case
Msi b450m pro M2

My questions are :
What Motherboard should I go for b450m M2 pro or b450m M2 pro max?
Is 450w psu enough?
Will all parts work together?

Whichever is cheapest out of those.

Is 450w psu enough?

Assuming it's the 2017 platform CXM yes. Remember, it's not all about wattage, quality is equally important. The older CXM was worse quality and I would not buy, but they're still knocking about.

Will all parts work together?

Yes, assuming it's also DDR4 RAM.
