Since the processor your looking at is not on the CPU Support List you found, it stands to reason that it's not supported. Further evidence shows that the processors that ARE on the list (I didn't check them all) used the 65nm manufacturing process and the Pentium Dual-Core E5700 you're looking at used the 45nm manufacturing process.

So no. It's not compatible.
