compatible And cheap Graphics card

I am buying a new graphics card for my AMD A10 6800k with Integrated graphics Readon 8670D. but i am confused which card to buy nvidia or ati pls help me to decide which one to buy under 80$ and less.... it should be compatible with my system

What do you want to use your PC for? Gaming?
Because $80 will not get you very far. Maybe save another $40-60 to get a much better value card?

i want for gaming and gaming and gaming only.........
uptill now i have been playing games on cpu integrate card but they lag on high setting so i have to low the setting and make it on windows mode to play games i have played such as
cod advance warfight
cod WM 1/2/3
dying light
tomb riader 2013
cod ghost
and many more

Yes.
All it needs to do is fit in the case, and have the open slot on the motherboard.

if i use DDR5 rather than DDR3 ?

Yes the DDR5 card is a bit faster even. Any of the 740's should work fine.
