-Intel core i5-4690k 3.50ghz
-8gb of ram (4 x 2)
- corsair cx750
- wd10ezex 1tb hdd

Just wondering whether or not this cooler will fit or work with my pc.

You can't overclock on a b series board you know mate.

If the cooler is just for less noise/lower temps then grab the deepcool s40 is my 5 advice.
Pre applied paste, easy to fit , lot better than the tx3 evo.
