Will Msi B75A-G43 Gaming motherboard be able to handle Gigabyte R9 390x or should I go for something lower?

Yeah it will handle even 2x R9 390x. Old board but still decent. Just make sure your PSU can handle it (though it should be able to). What is your full PSU model?

Yeah it has the required 8pin and 6pin so it will handle the r9 390x without a problem.
