compatible parts for upgrades?

going to build a new computer and was hoping to get a bit of help here. at the moment trying to stay under $300 for motherboard, cpu, and memory for now. would like to run my current video card and power supply.

my concern is putting these parts together and getting back online.

new parts:
msi b350 gaming plus
amd ryzen 3 1200
g.skill f4-3200c16d-8gvkb 288-pin ddr4 sdram 3200 (pc4 25600)

old parts:
NVidia GeForce gt 640
corsair gs600 (power supply)
