Compatible PSU for a GTX 970 G1

Hello.
I ordered a GTX 970 G1 a couple of days ago and it should arrive any day now but it never occurred to me that my 1 year old PSU may not be powerful enough for a 970.
My PSU is a Xilence Active 580w,80% efficiency;not a popular brand since i couldn't find almost any reviews or comments.I did however find the Xilence website with the psu's specs.
When i bought the pc,1 year ago, i didn't really bother getting a good psu since my pc isn't all that powerful to begin with.

The rest of my pc:
RAM:Corsair Vengence 8GB 1600mhz
CPU:Intel i5-4430 3.0ghz
current GPU(until my 970 arrives): GTX 650
MOBO: Asus h81m-e skt1150

I got the SeaSonic s12II 620w version.Will i be able to OC the video card or opt for a SLI setup when/if i ever get a mobo that can support that? or is it not that powerful?

You can OC it well. You'll need some other PSU for SLI as it doesn't have two six and eight pin connectors 🙁
