Hi there,

i have a gigbyte b450 gaming motherboard coupled with a ryzen 7 2700x
recently bought new ram which i now think isn't compatible:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01E1XR5X6?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details (32gb| 2x16gb)
which i thought was on my supported motherboard list but it was on matisse and since then learned that my cpu is a pinnicle ridge (didnt know this was even a thing)
basically the ram keeps crashing my computer no matter what so my question is should i send this back (seems obvious)
and which ram should i get to acquire 32gb of ram,
there's a big discussion on whether or not QVL really matters?
been looking at these:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07B2Y6H1M?linkCode=gg2&tag=pangoly0b-20&th=1 (2x16gb)
since i currently have an identical looking set (2x8gb) and from what ive read they should be okay (so says Pangoly website)
just has all been abit of a headache for me trying to get things to work at frequencies and voltages and nothing working out so im in desperate need of a solution
Thanks guys for all your responses <3
