Complete Budget Gaming System

I need to make a budget gaming PC with only £600 and I need an OS,Keyboard and Mouse. I'm upgrading from console and I don't know a good build for around this price, but I need to be able to play most games at about high settings(As long as its better than console, so I can justify paying some more money) and that's about it. Here are some requirements I need:

Case:
Look Nice,Good Cable Management and have a window.

Motherboard:
ATX Motherboard

That's about it and for anything else you have total freedom over the build.

But should I downgrade the CPU to an fx-6300 and get a better motherboard or is it ok as it is?

With a much better gpu 7850 2GB, better mobo and the psu xfx 550w allows 2x 7850 2GB crossfire

Thanks, but I'd rather get PD than BD so thats the ~300 series like FX6300.
Also, could you reccomend a cheap budget case with good cable management and drive slots that face the side(behind the mobo tray).
