"Complete logon process" issue (even when I arealdy have internet access)

Hi

I have a strange problem recently with my router. I have internet access on my devices(not only my PC running win7 but other devices like my phone) but it says I have to sign in (log on) to use internet. I can ignore this and everything is fine almost but I really want to know what causes this problem.
I thought maybe it's the DNS setting caused this problem so I changed it on my router and set it to google public DNS. but didn't help. Restoring entire settings on my router to default didn't help either.
I don't know if it's related to this problem or not but I'm seeing adwares when I open some pages on my PC and phone almost since this problem started to begin.

What else can I do? Help me please with this.

P.S: I have a tp link TD-W8970 router.

First thing is run a virus and spyware check on the computers. What is your home page set to? If it's something odd change it to a standard one, MSN, Google, Yahoo, whatever you like to use. Check to make sure you did not turn on any setting in the router that would require logon for use, some routers have an option that can be set to ask for a logon before using the web (called a landing page, hotels and such use it). Try resetting the router to factory defaults (you will need to setup your wireless options and connect devices again after that).

As I mentioned it before it's not only my PC facing this problem, I have the problem even on my phone running android lollipop, so it's so unlikely that a virus caused the problem. However I did several scans with different apps but nothing was wrong.
I did a factory reset too.

If it's happening for all of your devices and resetting the router did not help, check with your ISP.

Hi

I was trying to ignore this but it's really annoying plus that some adware shows up on my browser no matter I'm running windows or android or even iOS, it appears when I connect to my router using wifi or lan and browse some web sites.
is there anything I could do to see what causes this problem? I want to know what makes windows or android suspicious that I need to logon in order to use internet? if it redirects to some web site, how can I see which web site it is?

P.S: resetting the router didn't help, neither changing DNS.
