My randomly decided to stop booting no post nothing....it was fine yesterday then when I turned It on earlier it turned on and then off instnsantly. So I removed the motherboard from the case and tried it with the bare minimum and it then and worked fine so I shut down and reinstalled in the case so and all of the sudden it wasn't working again so I assumed something was shorting it out so I removed everything from the case did a quick check of the board to see it was still working but it didn't post or anything. The turn on then the instant Off ...so now I assumed it was the power supply so I tried a different one and the same result. Considering the processor was working fine one day and notninbe had changed. In the cpu area I doubt it would be that....the motherboard is receiving power and I'm assuming the cpu is ....I'm unsure what to do know...whether I'm missing something Blindingly obvious ..I don't know this computer was only built in November.

The parts are
I5 4670k
MSI mpower sp. Z87
16gb ram
120gb ssd
1tb hdd.
corsair cx 750 psu
Hd7870 Tahiti le
Arianet case..from aria.co.uk

unplug psu cable from psu. Clean your ram slots and insert one stick in first slot. Reseat the CMOS battery. By removing and then reinstalling the CMOS battery. Don't forget to unplug you PSU cable from PSU before removing the battery. Plug the psu cable and start your pc.
Still doesn't?
insert other ram stick in same slot by replacing previous one. Try again.

Thanks for the suggestions I've given that a go and no difference same result no boot.
any other suggestions.

Should have kept battery out for atleast 5-10 mins. And check your ram sticks again in next slots. Try different configurations like if you were using A1 & B1 slot before, try switching to A2 & B2 this time. Try to turn on pc without your gpu too, see if that works.

do you see POST or not? Just plugin your common components to your mobo like 1 stick Ram and one OS storage device without gpu. See if it boots.

It does not post..I've tried it with the bare minimum one stick of ram and one os. Drive..no gpu or anything extra.....I did check behind the motherboard to see if anything would be shorting it but I was unable to find anything
