Everything looks good. I would maybe suggest going with an AIO (water cooler) like the H100i v2 or a Kraken X52/X62. The reason for this being that you're buying an unlocked processor, so if you planned on overclocking it later, you'd need the extra cooling power of the AIO. Also, you might want to buy a HDD if you don't already have one, since a 250 GB SSD isn't going to hold too awful much.

EDIT: What power supply are you going to use?

Hello sorry I did not realise I did not add a power supply here.
Corsair CX650M 650W Bronze
Seagate 1TB 7200obr. 64MB BarraCuda
Also I was wondering do I really require 24GB of RAM or should I go with a standard 16GB
G.SKILL 16GB 3000MHz Trident Z RGB LED CL16 (2x8GB)
I guess I will go with the
Corsair Hydro Series H100i v2
Since it seems cheaper and I do not think there is a big difference in performance

It really depends on what you're doing with the computer. I (personally) think 32GB of RAM is overkill for anyone not doing 4k graphics editing or more. For reference, I have G.SKILL 16GB 3200MHz Trident Z RGB and have yet to use more than 60% between gaming, streaming, and running a half dozen other programs in the background (monitors, chrome, etc). 16GB should be fine.

I like opinions; I don't have to live with any bad ones.

My thoughts:

1. 3000 speed is good. a 2 x 8gb kit will be all you need.
24gb can not be bought in a single kit, and ram not in a matched kit will not be supported.
2. A downdraft cooler like the C7a is not very efficient.
I7-8700K can generate a lot of heat, even at stock.
Your case can support a 170mm tall air cooler.
I suggest a noctua NH-D15s or NH-U14s.
Either will support maximal overclocks.

I see no need for liquid cooling in a well ventilated case as nice as yours.
A good air cooler will cool just as well, be cheaper, quieter, more reliable, easier to install, and will not leak.
While leaks are uncommon, the results can be nasty. Google H100 leak.

3. 600w or more is about right for a GTX1080ti.
Seasonic is of good quality; I like the 650w focus.

4. You know your storage needs better than me. But, I think perhaps 500gb ssd might be better.
You can defer on a hard drive until you need more space.
Consider using a m.2 pcie ssd like the 960 evo.

I can not afford a 960 evo but I took the tip and changed the over all setup
Also while reading about the case I found out it cannot mount liquid coolers on the top so I decided to change it to this one
Do you think I should go with the other one and just get the best air cooler I can find or stick with the water cooling and take the other case or take the other case and get the best air cooling I can find

G.SKILL 16GB 3000MHz Trident Z RGB LED CL16 (2x8GB)
Corsair Hydro Series H100i v2 / Thermalright Macho Le Grande / be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4

Inno3D GeForce GTX 1080 Ti iChill X4 ULTRA 11GB GDDR5X
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Gaming OC Black 11GB GDDR5X
ASUS GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Strix ROG 11GB GDDR5X
ASUS GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Strix ROG OC 11GB GDDR5X
I would prefer the one Msi ARMOR it is in the colour scheme I chose and build quality is not my main concern although the cooling is a problem

From what I reserched the ASUS GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Strix ROG OC 11GB GDDR5X is the best option
