Complete system upgrade or just CPU?

I love this site and always valued the info and advice of the users. 4-5 years ago decided to refresh my memory since high school and build my own gamer rig. With the info from this site I loved it.

Anyway since Fallout 4 came out and trying to get it running the question came up of whether its time to start looking to upgrade? Appreciate you guys opinion on if I should look into doing a complete upgrade (mobo/cpu/gpu) or just the cpu (i7 3770k)?

you probably wont need a system upgrade at all. Your system looks pretty good to me unless you want to push for the extra fps.
