Hi there. I know there are compatibility websites but i would just like some confirmation, advice and suggestions. (Very new to building PC's) These are the components I have found.

AMD A8-6600K 3.9GHz Quad-Core Processor
MSI A88X-G43 ATX FM2+ Motherboard
Kingston Value 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
MSI Radeon R7 260X 2GB Video Card
Cooler Master K280 ATX Mid Tower Case
Corsair CSM 550W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
LG GH24NS90 DVD/CD Writer

I am on a budget but if i'm missing something, could find something better or get a cheaper product please tell me.

That CPU is an APU. An APU is good if you want a good integrated card, but i don't recommend that CPU. Instead, you could buy a AM3+ motherboard and a FX-8350 CPU. That graphics card is good enough for demanding games, but not very demanding. You have few RAM, many new games need at least 8GB. So buy two 4GB 1600MHz ram sticks.

Tell me your exact budget to know what motherboard to recommend you
