component upgrade recommendations?

Hi guys, looking for some suggestions on what to upgrade in what order. Here's my current specs:

Core i3-2120
EVGA GeForce 750ti SC
EVO 840 ssd 240 GB
Biostar b75mu3 mobo micro-atx
550w PSU
8gb ddr3 crucial ballistix ram
Lg 20" 900p monitor

Pretty basic and simple setup, just looking to where I should upgrade next in an affordable fashion.

I'd like an updated CPU but I'm looking at a new mobo because B75 doesn't support past ivy bridge. So that's be TWO upgrades.

BTW, I dig smaller form factor

Anyway, suggestions guys?

well i do not know your max budget?
i do not know what will be the use of this pc?

Yeah its mainly just for my gaming pc, sometimes I stream to the living room tv @ 1080p. I was just wondering what were some ideas? Purely for fun. Haven't really set a budget yet but I would rather go a safe and economical route to my upgrading so I don't splurge like crazy. ;P
