Are this temps good or they too high?

Idle :
Gtx 970 = 35
Intel core = 25
Motherboard cpu = 36
HDD and SSD = 25 to 30
Water Cooler = for some reason its at 0

Motherboard TZ00 = 28
Motherboard TZ01 = 30
Motherboard system = 33
Motherboard system 2 = 25

Idk what last 4 are

Under load (playing ):
Gtx 970 = 60
Intel core = 35
Motherboard cpu = 40
HDD and SSD = same
Water Cooler = still at 0 for some reason

Motherboard TZ00 = 28
Motherboard TZ01 = 30
Motherboard system = 38
Motherboard system 2 = 36

Also, What operating system?
