SLI will not benefit you too much with the patchy support and lack of support.

Also, no OS?

Comes with 4k Monitor at 1 MS and 60 Hz. You can add your Elgato Card separately. Much below 3000 Euros, and 1080Ti is a really powerful card. HOWEVER, it won't be silky smooth for all games, and you may need to tweak settings bit because 4k is still very demanding.

Honorable
This would be more than enough.

I wouldn't use SLI, most of games don't take advantage of multi GPU configs. It would be to waste.

Good build, but:
- While the NZXT cooler is good, the CAM software managing it is straight up horrendous and puts off many buyers. Keep this in factor.

- He requires a monitor too in the budget.

- No OS? With this high of a budget, might give an OS too to cover all bases.
