Compute doesn’t turn on after unplugging mouse

After unplugging my mouse to plug in a new one. My computer just shut off and doesn’t turn back on. I tried things like unplugging the power cable, holding the start button, and turning the computer on without any peripherals plugged in.

Specs:
PSU:Evga 600B
cpu: intel core i7 4790
GPU: msi gtx 960
Ram: 8gb
MOBO: garbage motherboard that came with my prebuilt pc( I installed gpu and psu after I got the computer)
Operating system: windows 10 home

Same thing happened to me...
I just unplugged the mouse and the computer went black. The mouse i unplugged was the hiraliy f300.
Please help if you can 😄. Thankyou
