Computer always shutting off out of nowhere, but has all of a sudden stopped?

Out of knowwhere, a few months back, my computer started randomly shutting off (Like someone cut the power) and in a few seconds it would turn on again. It was doing that randomly even if I was running something easy like the internet or playing games for 3 hours straight. I was very aware that it could be an overheating issue so I checks my cpu and you temps and they seemed fine (Below 60 degrees) when under load. I still got a new cpu cooler and I keeped getting the same problem, but after about a month of getting the new cooler my computer stops shutting off and hasn’t done it for over 3 weeks now (It used to happen 1-2 time everyday or every other day). Should I be concerned about anything or no?

Could be some problems with your power at home, short power cuts or brownouts.
