[SOLVED] Computer asks for Boot Device on first startup

So, I swapped cases over the weekend. I went from a Thermaltake View 37 ARGB to a Corsair 470X series. Specs listed below.

Mobo: ASUS ROG STRIX B-450-F

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X

GPU: GTX 1070 FE

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR4

SSD: Samsung Evo 970 250GB

HDD: Toshiba 1TB

So, this is weird and it happens 50/50, when I first start up my computer, it'll ask for a boot device. It happens 50/50 of the time and when it first happened, I checked my SATA cable from the mobo to the hard drive and seemed fine. Restarted the comp and everything worked. But, now when it happens, I'll just restart the computer without checking anything and it boots up fine. I've gone into BIOS to make sure everything with my boot options haven't changed and I still have my SSD as the boot priority. Any ideas as to what could be causing this?

Solution
Did you reconnect to a different SATA port?

Ensure your drive is connected to SATA port #0 (or #1) and that it or "windows boot manager" is set to priority #1.
