Check your motherboard manual for the post code it's giving. I'm not 100% sure since i don't have the manual for that board but chances are it's cpu related at this point. Give the manual a look and get back to us, good luck.

the manual is amazingly useless, has no section on beep codes (insane!). Anyways from google I think you have a continues 1 long beep, not 4 longs beeps. If I'm right it means you have a memory error. Take out all your RAM sticks and just put in 1 and try them all one by one. If you get to the BIOS great, work from there. If not expand to two sticks. If that doesn't work the board is probably DOA.

stated before but i tested taking out the Ram,GPU,hardrive, etc The only thing that is attached to the motheboard are all the components of the case I have powersupply in correct slots and the CPu and CPu fan ontop of it other then that I recieve a sequence of literally Beep Pause Beep Pause Beep Pause Beeep pause then immediate restart. So i know its not the ram nor is it the GPU.

From what all i can gather online about that mobo, it has to be a cpu issue. Maybe think about doing a rma?
