Computer beeps while restarting, not on bootup

I just finished building my system today and I get this long beep tone through my speakers when I reboot the computer (when it's about to reboot). Any idea what this could be?

Check if the ram's are firmly installed. But first go in resource monitor and check how much does it say in "installed" memory.

Yeah I already ran a memory diagnostic and it passed, shows 16gb memory in the resource monitor

It could be the gpu if I were to make another guess. Reset the pci-e power connector and see if that helps.
