Computer Black screening after turning on

My computer is black screening right after i turn it on. It is a dell pc. It has an i7 proccesor and Intel HD Graphics 530 HD and a nvidia geforce gtx 750 ti graphics card. It shows the dell screen loading then just stops and shows a blackscreen. Please help.

No error messages? Other information: status lights (on or off, fans running etc..)

Can you boot into Safe Mode?

Make sure that nothing inside is disconnected or loose.

Open the case and check all connections, card seatings, memory module seatings, etc..

Will the Dell PC boot if you connect the monitor to the motherboard video port? Just to test. Maybe pull the Nvidia card also.

Try to narrow down the circumstances and provide some additional information.
