Question Computer blue screens when starting game, help please?

First of all, I love this site because I have fixed many of my problems with your help. Anyways, my psu went bad and I replaced. On and off loop started when I installed new psu 700 w, so I returned. Plugged in new one and windows failed, reinstalled. Now when I play a game I get the blue screen saying critical stop died. I have ran a hardware check through control and nothing. Tried new ram same, computer is updated and not overheating. My thoughts are GPU, but I am not sure. Your thoughts will be most welcome.

Psu cobro power rx-700ac
Ram gskill sniper ddr3 4g x2
Harddrive Seagate 2t cobra
Motherboard Asus m5a99x
CPU cant tell ya been to long.
Yes I know I have old parts, slowly replacing parts as I go.
