Computer Booting and then stopping suddenly again

So I threw up a thread about this around 2 weeks ago. I have just replaced the Power Supply and it has the same problem, not sure what is going on.

Ram and Power Supply have both been replaced and it still spins up and then stops. Not sure what it could be. Any ideas would be appreciated

Edit: About to swap it out with an old Mobo I had sitting in an old PC, hopefully that does the trick.

Are you sure everything is connected as it should be? Have a go through this guide and if all else fails try and breadboard the entire system with your ram on the slot closet the CPU socket. Have you tried getting a PSU that isn't a Corsair VS unit? If you're yet within warranty period why not take the entire system and see if it fires up there and has exhibits the same issue at their site?

* What of your OS drive and any dedicated GPU? Can you also get back to us with your ram specs as in what voltage it operates on?
